February 3, 2012 - Michael Bleach
The credit for the creation of this blog — or the blame — goes almost entirely to Michigan Tech men’s basketball coach Kevin Luke.

The man is too damn honest.

My cup literally* runneth over with quotes and nuggets of wisdom/despair after each game and practice that can’t fit into the finite space of the newspaper. So instead of letting them go to waste sitting inside my notebook, I will attempt to satisfy your every query and desire when it comes to the Tech men’s and women’s basketball programs in this infinite void.

*And by literally, I of course mean, figuratively. Because a literal journalism cup would just be silly.

Want to know if Ali Haidar eats chocolate covered pretzel rods after a victory? Curious if the technical foul Luke earns was done for strategic reasons or just a good old-fashioned ref ragin’? Wondering if the 2-3 zone the men’s team played Saturday for two possessions was a mirage? Then make this blog a daily stop for all your Tech news, analysis, notes, observations and hopefully, occasional insight.

This blog would have been named, “All Tech All The Time,” if my last name didn’t make for such a convenient and awesome play on words.

So if you are a Tech basketball fan, relish a propensity of puns or are bored at work stop here for the latest Tech news.

I guarantee Luke will make it worth your time.

And I'll do my best too.
