Arnold C. Usitalo

FARMINGTON, Mich. — Arnold C. Usitalo, 83, died May 13, 2008.

He was born December 25, 1924 and raised in Kearsarge by parents, Isaac and Anna Usitalo. He graduated from Calumet High School in 1943 and served in the army during the Korean War.

He married Seija Mannila in Lahti, Finland on June 4, 1960.

Mr. Usitalo retired from Ford Motor Company in 1983.

Arnold is the beloved husband of Seija of Farmington Hills; loving father of Steven (Margarita) Usitalo and Lisa (Robert) Lawrance; cherished grandfather of Izabella and dear brother of Thelma Mistele of Farmington Hills, Gordon of Kearsarge and Robert of Plymouth.

Cremation has taken place. Burial will be in Great Lakes National Cemetery.

Memorial services will be Saturday at 1 p.m. at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 35300 W. Eight Mile Road, Farmington Hills.

Memorial contributions may be made to Bethlehem Lutheran Church.
