Jamboree a good time

December 16, 2009
The Daily Mining Gazette

To the editor:

Don Arnson, Rick and Pat Hayrynen want to say Thank You to all the musicians that came to Agate Beach in Toivola for our 14th annual Acoustic Jamboree Aug. 1 and 2. We had such a wonderful group of musicians - the best there are.

Music and singing were fantastic as usual. Also, thank you to all the people who came to listen and visit.

Lionel Beaudoin, we thank you for filming the two days. The support staff we had, we also say, thank you. We sure appreciate everyone that helped to make this another success.

Thank you Debbie and Jack Hamm. Thank you to the Toivola Recreation Group for opening the concession stand for the two days.

There is no way we could of done all this without Betty Hawkins as the emcee. Thanks Betty, see you next year.
