HOUGHTON - Emily Gauthier, daughter of Bill and Sharon Gauthier of Houghton, and Ed Knoch, son of Henry and Mary Knoch of Gladstone, announce their engagement.
Emily will graduate from Finlandia University in May 2011 with a bachelor's degree in nursing. Ed will graduate from Michigan Technological University in December 2010 with a dual bachelor's degree in mechanical and biomedical engineering.
The wedding will be Aug. 13, 2011, at St. Ignatius Loyola Catholic church in Houghton.
