CROSSLAKE, Minn. - Michael Duschene, of Baraga and Kathleen George of Crosslake, Minn., formerly of Houghton, announce the engagement of their daughter Lora Kathleen Duschene to Jeffrey Adam Holtz, son of Maureen Holtz of Homewood, Ill.
Lora graduated from The School of Communications at Michigan State University.
The couple both studied at Northern Illinois University.
The proposal took place on a secluded beach in Cozumel, Mexico.
They reside in Schaumburg, Ill.
