Stuffed animals, dolls and gifts for young children have been popular donations, but there is a shortage of gifts for teenage boys in particular. Donations will be sought through Dec. 22 at The Salvation Army, The Daily Mining Gazette, Walmart, Shopko, Econo Foods, Louie’s Foods in Lake Linden and Calumet, Michigan Tech Employees Federal Credit Union, Pat’s Foods, Festival Foods and Superior National Bank branches in Houghton, Hancock and Calumet.
