MOHAWK - Bringing together various country and soul artists, the Cabin Fever Music Fest will be held again this year.
The Cabin Fever Music Fest will be held from 3 to 9 p.m. Saturday at the American Legion Hall in Mohawk. The event is a fundraiser for the Mohawk Park and Ahmeek Ice Rink.
Various local musical acts will take the stage throughout the afternoon and evening, said Sheriff Ron Lahti, who will also be performing.

"People can come and enjoy a relaxing afternoon of music with their neighbors," he said.
The event will also feature food, such as pasties and hot dogs, and raffles for donated items will be held.
"Over the years, they've made a lot of improvements to the park," Lahti said. "They've installed things for kids and fixed the building there."
Projects include finishing the gazebo in the park and maintenance projects to the building in the park intended to be the concessions stand.
Half of the proceeds will be used for the ice rink which will include maintenance. The fundraiser aims to raise about $1,000 and the charge at the door is $5. A truck will also be on site, collecting cans to be returned with the money being donated to the park and rink.
