In Junior (age 13-15) baseball, Alex Nettell's RBI hit helped Michigan Tech Employees Federal Credit Union edge Coca-Cola 10-9 in the bottom of the 10th inning in a resumed suspended game from earlier in the season.

Coke took a lead in the top of the 10th, only for MTEFCU to respond with two for the win in the bottom half.

Brad Juntunen was the winning pitcher. He and Anthony McCloskey had three hits apiece for the winners. Jonathon Bostwick had four.

For Coke, Brad Ward and Jason Wiitala recorded three hits apiece.

The teams then met for a full game, with MTEFCU again needing to score twice to overcome a deficit, down 10-9 after six innings. MTEFCU responded with a 10-run explosion and a 19-10 win.

Nettell and Bostwick had four hits apiece to lead MTEFCU. Wiitala and Caleb Carlson had three apiece for Coke.
