Dorothy Mae Krueger

ROCHESTER, Minn. - Dorothy Mae Krueger (nee Wollang), died suddenly at her home in Rochester on June 11, 2012. She was born in Racine, Wis., on Nov. 10, 1934. Dorothy lived in Hancock for several years.

She attended high school at Racine Lutheran High School in Racine, Wis. Dorothy married Gordon Krueger on Sept. 4, 1954, in Racine.

She spent her life in service to her family and dedication to serving her Savior Jesus Christ. She was a member of Real Lutheran Fellowship Church in Rochester.

Dorothy enjoyed cooking and singing throughout her life. She never forgot a family member's birthday or wedding anniversary.

Dorothy was preceded in death by her mother and father, Erna and Victor Wollang; and older brother, Victor, Jr.

She is survived by her husband; three daughters, Karen (Kevin) Buchs of Rochester, Minn., Kathleen (Kurt) Holdorf of Sioux Falls, S.D., and Kristine Nowack of Jackson, Mich.; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; her sisters, Carolyn Nageli of Racine, Wis., and Lois Albright of Saline, Mich.; and nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held in Mahn Funeral Services in Rochester on June 16 at 10 a.m. with a divine service at 11 a.m. Committal will occur on June 18 in Lincoln Memorial Cemetery in Milwaukee.
