BLOOMFIELD TOWNSHIP, Mich. - Hancock's Dylan Peterson made slight progress in the second stroke play round of the Michigan Amateur Tuesday, but not enough to qualify for the match play bracket.
Peterson shot a 9-over 79 on the Oakland Hills Country Club North Course, putting him in a tie for 107th in the field of 168. The top 64 advanced to today's match play.
