ST. STEPHENS, Ala. - Laura Mae Moseley passed away Sept. 1, 2012, in Alabama where she had resided for many years. She was born May 16, 1933, in Toivola to Samuel and Laura Mattila.
Laura married Hiram Moseley on Aug. 12, 1962.
She is survived by her husband; a daughter, Deborah Burge; a son, Madison; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a sister, Carol Deede; brothers, Gordon, Alvin, Sanfred and Leo; and many other relatives.
Preceding her in death were her parents; brothers, James, Yalmer, Reino, Wesley, Walfred and Earl; sisters, Bertha and Beatrice.
Services are being held in Alabama. A memorial service will be held in Michigan at a later date.
