SKANEE - A Petoskey man was killed in a Sunday morning fire in Baraga County.
The fire occurred shortly after 5 a.m. at a home on Ohman Road in Skanee.
The Arvon Township Fire Department responded to the fire, assisted by the Aura Fire Department.
"When they got there, (the house) was totally engulfed," said Sheriff Bob Teddy.
The victim, Mark Stenke, 53, was declared dead at the scene.
The Michigan State Police fire marshal arrived at the scene Sunday, and is finishing up his investigation today, Teddy said.
