To the editor:
Seldom, if ever, have I sent a letter to the editor in praise of a business or persons within that business but I must say that the two Jasons that belong to the Copper Country Ford establishment, and the business itself, deserve mucho kudos.
I was with a friend when she purchased a used car with a 30-day guarantee. During the 30 days, everything that could go wrong with the car did, and each time she brought the car in, she was greeted with a smile and a promise to fix the problem, which they did. They also gave her a loaner each time she brought back the car.
When it was determined that there were just too many things wrong with the car for her to handle, they not only took the car back, no problem, but gave her a replacement car without increasing her payments and they did it nicely. They treated her with respect and kindness throughout this whole process. They never made her feel like a "problem" and I think the two Jasons and the Ford Company should get four gold stars for their buisness ethic.
I myself would not buy a car anywhere else but Ford after seeing this transaction. Semper Fi guys and anything else that applies.
