Michigan Technological University recently hosted an EMS training facilitated by the University of Michigan Survival Flight staff.
The training was a great success and I would like to acknowledge and thank the agencies that participated.
They include: Adams Township First Responders, Aspirus Keweenaw, Bay Ambulance, Chassell First Responders, Copper Harbor Fire Department and First Responders, Dollar Bay First Responders, Hubbell Fire Department, Mercy EMS, Inc., Portage Health, Stanton Township First Responders, Sonco Ambulance, Inc, Superior Towing and Service and Tamarack City Fire Department.
A special thank you is do R&A Transportation LLC for donating the school bus we used during the exercise and to the Region 8 Healthcare Emergency Preparedness Network for their financial support.
