To the editor:
To the voters - please read and vote no Nov. 6 on Proposal 3 dealing with electricity.
I would rather see a proposal added to the ballot that reads: "Increase exploration, drilling, transporting, and refining oil substantially to be sold in the United States of America, in order to drive down gas prices."
