Michael E. Makinen (D) defeated Pamela B. Dobbs (R) for Prosecuting Attorney, 7,131 votes to 6,936.
Kathleen A. Beattie (R) defeated Linda M. Pizzi (D) for Treasurer, 8,791 votes to 5,178.
For District 1 Commissioner, Tom Tikkanen (R), 1,882 votes, defeated Rick Kasprzak (D), 1,068 votes.
For District 3 Commissioner, Anton J. Pintar (D), 1,334 votes, defeated Bill Manderfield, with 834 votes.
For District 5 Commissioner, Timothy Palosaari (R) defeated Judith Rupley (D), 2,177 votes to 1,442.
For Portage Township Supervisor, Bruce Petersen (D) defeated Mike Wilmers (R) 788 votes to 691.
For President of Village of South Range, Martin Steinmetz defeated Michael J. Rompf 158
