LEAWOOD, Kan. - Katharine Church Brearton, 96, formerly of Houghton and ParkRidge, Ill. died on Nov. 8, 2012, at Galway Home in Leawood, Kan.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Niles A. and Emma Church; her brother, Niles A. Church, Jr., and her husband, Lane.
She is survived by her daughters, Katie (Paul) Anderson of Maple City, Mich. and Julie (Terry) Preston of Leawood, Kans.; four grandchildren, Mya (Richard Schmidt) Anderson, Erik (Sarah) Anderson, Katie (Wess) Parsons and Lorna (Tim) Walker; eight great-grandchilden, Paul and Zakhary Kalifatidi, Ruth and Jane Anderson, Will and Ava Parsons and Reid and Preston Walker.
Her family was her life.
Private interment in Morrison, Ill.
