This past spring, my husband and I had car problems while we were out of state. The Muffler Shop in Houghton assured us they'd take care of us when we got home and they did, as they have always done.
I would like to commend and congratulate Tim and his staff at The Muffler Shop for their exceptional service. I have been a customer for years because they treat me as a person, not a number, and I know I can count on their expertise and honesty.
The Muffler Shop is a business that exhibits a spirit of excellence and generosity all year long. I'd like to thank them for being a company I can trust.
