Lynn Emerson See

AHMEEK - Lynn Emerson See, 70, a resident of Ahmeek, passed away on Wednesday, September 4, 2013, at Cypress Manor Nursing Home in Hancock.

He was born on June 28, 1943, in Deckerville, Mich., a son of Byron and Ethel (Rich) See. He attended the local schools, graduating from Deckerville High School with the Class of 1959.

Lynn was a veteran having served in the US Army during the 1960's.

He then earned an associate's degree from Eastern Michigan University. He worked for the Port Huron School District, Huron Tool, State Bank of Croswell and Honor State Bank. Locally he worked for Superior National Bank, First National Bank and then WUPPDR until retiring due to heath reasons. In retirement Lynn worked at the BP Gas Station in Allouez.

On October 1, 1976, he married the former Valerie Young.

He was a member of the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter Day Saints.

Surviving are his wife, Valerie; son, Andrew (Marci) See of Croswell, Mich.; daughter, Kathryn (David) Gordon of Croswell, Mich.; Son, Eric See of Ahmeek Location; Step-son, Jason (Ginny) Bricker of Croswell, Mich.; nine grandchildren, Amanda, Alexander, David, Devyn, Cory, Trevar, Ashley, Cody and Chase; brother, Jon (Valerie) See of Deckerville, Mich.; special cousin, Wayne See of Prudenville, Mich.; and a special friend, Douglas Butler of Lexington, Mich.

At request of the deceased, Private Family Services will be held at a later date.

The Erickson-Crowley-Peterson Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
