HOUGHTON — The case of a Lake Linden woman accused of embezzling money from her father is still on track for trial.

Susan Dulong, 47, is scheduled for a three-day trial starting Nov. 13. She appeared for a pretrial hearing Friday in Houghton County Circuit Court.

She is charged with fraudulently obtaining a signature with intent to defraud, a 10-year felony; embezzlement from a vulnerable adult — $1,000 or more but less than $20,000, a five-year felony; and illegal use of a financial transaction device, a felony.

Dulong served 30 days in jail in 2007 for embezzling more than $160,000 from the Michigan Education Association. She received a federal sentence of six months in prison in 2009 for violating the terms of her probation.
