The 700-foot-2-inch tug-barge, Dorothy Ann-Pathfinder, held up traffic late Monday morning when it sailed under the Portage Lake Lift Bridge. The Dorothy Ann was converted from the Steamer J.L. Mauthe in 1953 in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin. She has 14 crew members.
