Motorcyclists cross the Portage Lake Lift Bridge Monday with a police escort as part of the sixth annual Ride Against Abuse, put on by the Barbara Kettle Gundlach Shelter. The ride, which ran through Calumet, Lake Linden, Hancock and Houghton, is intended to draw attention to the problem of domestic abuse.
