Michael Karppinen II, 31, of Atlantic Mine, stood mute on four counts. Kevin Willis, 50, of Mount Morris, Michigan; and Anthony Brown, 35, of Flint, pleaded not guilty to three counts.

They are charged with delivery/manufacture of less than 50 grams of a mixture containing heroin, a 20-year felony; delivery/manufacture of less than 50 grams of a mixture containing cocaine, a 20-year felony; and possession of less than 35 grams of a mixture containing heroin, a four-year felony.
