Michigan Senior Project Fresh 2020 mailing coupons

MSU Extension will be distributing the Michigan Senior Project Fresh coupon via mail due to the COVID-19 restrictions. If you previously participated in this program, we have your contact information on file. Due to limited supply, there will be a random draw. If you are selected, you will be contacted via telephone and you will be receiving the coupons in July by mail. All other participants are placed on a wait list when/if more coupons become available.

Senior Project Fresh gives coupon vouchers to eligible older adults to get Michigan-grown fruits, vegetables, herbs, spices, and honey from local farmers markets and roadside stands. Participants will receive information on how to prepare fresh produce as well as their coupon vouchers.

To get coupons, you must register and attend a coupon distribution and:

– Be at least 60 years old

– Have a total household income of at or less than 185% of poverty.

– For one person: $23,107 or for two people: $31,284 per year

-Live in the county you receive your coupons
