Jean N. Clark

CALUMET – Jean N. Clark, 88, a resident of Calumet, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Saturday, January 7, 2017.

She was born on January 31, 1928, in Calumet, to Wilho and Elvira (Waara) Mackey. She attended the local schools.

Jean loved to spend time in the kitchen baking and cooking. She enjoyed spending time in the garden and working outside. She also loved playing the organ.

In 1951, she married John Clark in Hancock.

She was a member of the St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Wilho and Elvira; husband, John; and brother; Larry.

She is survived by her son, Steve (Fay) Clark of Laurium; brother, George (Judy) Mackey of Ohio; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Per her request, private services will be held.

Burial will take place in the Lake View Cemetery in Calumet.
