Mrs. Selma P. (Bedore) Elliott

CONCORD – Mrs. Selma P. (Bedore) Elliott, 66, of Concord, passed away peacefully in her home on January 28, 2017, after a lengthy illness.

She was born in Amesbury, Massachusetts, Selma was the daughter of the late Theodore and Pauline E. (Tarleton) Bedore.

She was a graduate of Pinkerton Academy Class of 1968. She later attended secretarial school and completed professional development courses at NHTI.

Selma was employed as a Support Services clerk at Delta Dental for 17 years, retiring in 2015.

She was an expert quilter, sewer and was well known for her cake decorating and baking.

She was predeceased in death by her siblings, LaVerne Carney, Steven Waldron, Eric Karl Bedore, Jean Marie Meneguzzo and Judith Webb.

She is survived by her loving husband, David Elliott of Concord. She was the loving mother to Adrith Bicchieri and her husband, Joseph of Annapolis, Maryland; and stepmother of Sean Davis of Chichester; sister of Martha Schuck, Teddi Bedore, Joseph Bedore, Leonard Bedore and Luke Bedore.  She was the loving grandmother of Jordan and Trevor Davis; and is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews. She is further survived by her brothers-in-law, Michael Elliott and William “Billy” Elliott; and sisters-in-law, Nancy Nolin and husband Raymond and Mary LaFarr and husband, Michael.

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, February 1, 2017, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the Petit-Roan Funeral Home, 167 Main St. in Pembroke. A Funeral Service will be held in the Funeral Home on Thursday, February 2, 2017, at 10 a.m.

Burial will follow in Blossom Hill Cemetery, Concord.
