Robert T. ‘Bob’ Olson
MIDDLETOWN, Conn. — Robert T. “Bob” Olson, 87, formerly of Hancock, who was known as the voice of the Huskies on his WMPL-AM radio station, passed away on March 3, 2018.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. on Thursday, July 19, 2018, at the Church of the Resurrection in Hancock with Reverend Father William Ssozi to officiate, followed by a luncheon in the church hall.
Interment will be at Hancock’s Lakeside Cemetery, with the Copper Country Veterans Association conducting military honors.
The O’Neill-Dennis Funeral Home of Hancock is assisting with local arrangements.
