HANCOCK — Fredrick L. Mathes, 65, a resident of the Quincy House in Hancock, passed away on Wednesday morning, September 5, 2018, at home, following a short illness. The Memorial Chapel & Plowe Funeral Homes of Hancock are assisting the family with the arrangements, which will be announced at a later time.
