Nancy Ann Bammert
AHMEEK — NancyAnn Bammert, 66, of Ahmeek, died on Friday, June 21, 2019, at UP Health System Marquette, after having open heart surgery on Tuesday, June 18, 2019.
She was born on August 5, 1952, in New York Coty, growing up in Manorville, New York, a daughter of the late Frank and Antonette Bonanno. Also predeceased is her brother, Vincent.
She graduated from Center Moriches New York High School in 1971.
She married William Bammert on March 22, 1983. She was dearly beloved by all of us, and will be sorely missed.
She is survived by her husband, William of Ahmeek; her daughter, Amanda (Will) Knuth; and grandchildren, Natalie and Ryan of Pennsylvania. Also suriving are her sisters, Annette Bonanno and Frances (Steve) Imperatore; and nephews, Kyle and Devin of Long Island, New York.
Per NancyAnn’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held in the near future.
