Kenneth A. Aho
ROCHESTER, Minn. — Kenneth A. Aho, 77, a former resident of Clarkston, passed away on May 8, 2019, at Rochester, Minnesota.
He was born on January 11, 1942, in Laurium. His parents were Hazel(Huhta) and Rudolph E. Aho.
He served in the US Army Engineers from 1962-1965 with service in Germany.
He worked for Detroit Edison for most of his life as a lineman, master electrician, contractor, training instructor, administrator of licensee examinations and retired as a general supervisor of energy conservation.
He and his wife, Susan, moved to the UP after retirement and settled at Little Traverse Bay.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and the great outdoors.
He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Susan; his sister, Yvonne; and sons, David (Dawn), Michael (Ginger), Peter (Judi), and Steven (Michelle); as well as six grandchildren.
