Martha A. Pekkala

She was born on February 9, 1922, a daughter of the late Werner and Jennie (Kallio) Maki. Martha was united in marriage to Wilho Pekkala.

She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents, two brothers; and three sisters.

She is survived by her children, John (Tami) Pekkala, James Pekkala, Jane Reoch and Joan Sisemore; her grandchildren, Colin (Jordanne) Pekkala, Keon Sisemore, Devlin Sisemore and Matthew Reoch; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

As requested no service will take place.

Martha’s family would like to thank her UP CAP Girls, Dr. Janners, UP Home Health & Hospice, and the Omega House for the help and care given to Martha.
