JACOBSVILLE — Arthur E. Anderson, 94, of Bloomington, Indiana, passed away on Wednesday morning, November 25, 2020, at his daughter’s home in Jacobsville after a prolonged illness. The O’Neill-Dennis Funeral Home of Hancock is in charge of the arrangements which are still incomplete.
