HOUGHTON — James R. Noetzel Sr., 74, of Houghton and former Hancock resident passed away on Wednesday, February 17, 2021, following a short illness. The Memorial Chapel & Plowe Funeral Homes of Hancock are assisting the family with the arrangements which will be announced at a later time.
