Leonard (Len)Thomas Barth

Len was born in North Dakota on October 13, 1941, to Leo and Rose Barth. He earned his business degree from the University of North Dakota. Through his career, he managed several companies and owned his own business while living in Minnesota and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Len had a passion for fishing and instilled this passion in his children and grandchildren. He enjoyed kayaking, playing golf, hunting, campfires with family, living in God’s Country, the sounds of loons, sitting by the lake and home improvement projects.

Len was preceded in death by his parents and brother Norman.

He is survived by his wife of 31 years Margaret Crep; previous wife Ardene Barth; sister Irene Kay; 3 brothers Donald (Elsie), Thomas (Gerrie), and David (Ellen) Barth; 5 children Lorie Barth, Beckie (Kelly) Schuller, Christie (Brad) Erickson , Zachary (Kris) Barth, and Garrett Barth; 8 grandchildren Dylan, Sarah, Nickolas, Noah, Anna, Luisa, Savannah, and Jaeger and his dog Blue.

Len was charismatic and had a great sense of humor. He will be dearly missed, but his loving memories will forever live in the hearts of his family.
