To the voters of District No. 1, Calumet Township and Hancock Township At the August 2 primary, you will be asked to vote for County Board commissioner. I strongly urge you to support Tom Tikkanen for this position. The voters of this district needs someone who is familiar with projects supported by both townships and is willing to stand up for our projects at the County Board level. I have worked with Tom on community projects for over 20 years. Let’s return Tom to the Houghton County Board of Commissioners so our voice can be heard.
