The U.P. Regional Blood Center thanks the following coordinators and organizations for hosting blood drives in the month of October:

Mandy Ulbrich-OHM Advisors, Stephanie Jones-Walmart, Melissa Stein-GS Engineering and Mia Molianen-Michigan Tech Credit Union.

As a result of everyone’s efforts, we collected an outstanding 33 pints of blood.

I also extend my appreciation to all the community members who took the time to give the “gift of life.” If you missed the drives, please consider giving at our Hancock site by calling 483-1392.

The blood donated with the U.P. Regional Blood Center helps other community members.
