Time to take another look at 2nd amendment
To the editor:
The second amendment is ambiguous.
If you are pro-gun you can read it as giving us the right to own any type weapon without restriction.
If you are anti-gun you can interpret it to restrict weapons to a well regulated militia only.
When the founding fathers enacted the second amendment the weapons.
Available were muzzle loaders requiring about on minute to reload.
Did they envision a future when anyone could acquire a weapon that could kill twenty people in one minute?
