The West-PAC All-Conference volleyball teams were announced, Tuesday as selected by the area coaches. 

Calumet senior libero Amber Johnson was awarded West-PAC Defensive Player of the Year honors for the second season in a row. She was joined by senior teammate Lea Bjorn, who was named player of the year, and Calumet coach, Matt Laho, was named coach of the year.

The first team is made up of senior Clariane Alkuino from Hancock, seniors Madi Dillinger and Kendra Monette from Houghton, senior Brea Johnson and junior Celia Kiilunen from Calumet and senior Rachael Tefft from West Iron. 

The second team includes Houghton seniors Harlee Froberg, Kenzie Klein and Jada Markham, Calumet seniors Niina Anderson and Ally Spence and West Iron senior Victoria Maloney. 

Junior Karena Holmstrom and senior Ally Laux from Hancock, senior Kiley Farrey from Houghton, senior Breanna Kemppainen from West Iron and junior Haley Nankervis from L’Anse all received honorable mentions.
