BARAGA COUNTY — A two-vehicle accident caused the closure of US 41 for several hours Monday morning. According to a press release from the Baraga County Sheriff's Office, the mishap happened shortly after 7 a.m. Monday on US 41 near the intersection of Knapp Camp Road, north of Alberta. The sheriff's department received the call at 7:10 a.m. and upon arrival deputies found two vehicles with significant damage and one person requiring medical attention.
