HANCOCK – A Calumet Township teen was arrested Tuesday after crashing his snowmobile into a tree on the Hancock-Calumet Trail, about a mile west of Grove Street, in Hancock. Hancock City Police officers responded to a report of a personal injury snowmobile crash. The driver, an 18-year-old male, was transported to UP Health Systems – Portage by ambulance, where he was treated for injuries sustained in the crash.
