PORTOLA, CA — Thomas Story, age 72, a resident of Portola, CA, passed away on August 23, 2026 at his home after a 5-month battle with lung cancer. He was born on April 7, 1954 in Janesville, WI To Frank and Elaine (Wilke) Story. In 1968 his family moved to Hancock, MI and he graduated from Hancock Central High School in 1972.
