ONTONAGON COUNTY — One man was killed in a one-vehicle crash reported Friday morning in Ontonagon County.

About 3:45 a.m. Friday, troopers from the Michigan State Police Calumet Post were dispatched to the scene of the crash on M-38 near FF1980.

Once on scene, troopers found a dead man in the vehicle.

The investigation is ongoing. Factors leading up to the crash are unknown.

The MSP is not releasing the man’s name until his next of kin can be notified.

Troopers from the Calumet Post were assisted by MSP Wakefield.
