Did you know that the word Gospel means “good news”? I would like to share some “good news” with you today. On the day of Jesus’ birth, angels appeared to shepherds who were abiding in the field – and lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them and said, “Fear not: …for I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to ALL people. For unto you is born this day in the city of David, a Savior, which is Christ the Lord.”

Have you heard another message of “good news”? God was IN Christ, reconciling THE WORLD unto himself, NOT imputing their trespasses unto them (II Cor. 5:19) …
