Flower Moon Spring Market

Coming to Hancock May 24

HANCOCK — The Flower Moon Spring Market will bring a whimsical celebration of local goods, art, music, and community to Hancock on Sunday, May 24th from 1-6 PM at the Quincy Green and Hancock Community Hub in the gymnasium. The event is hosted by the team behind last fall’s Harvest Moon Night Market in Calumet.

Guests are invited to step into a fairytale-inspired spring gathering featuring 40+ local and regional Upper Peninsula vendors offering handmade art, plant starts, flowers, jewelry, books, clothing, soaps, teas, tarot, henna, baked goods, and more. Our vendor spaces are full of locally grown produce and plant starts, handcrafted goods, and items designed by our local creative community. There will be no generative AI-made goods.

The market will include live music, food trucks, picnic seating, art and craft demonstrations, and interactive activities, with many vendors offering services and hands-on experiences throughout the day. Attendees are encouraged to dress in whimsical or fantasy-inspired attire such as fairy wings, crowns, or mage robes, though it is not required.

“Inspired by the energy of our Harvest Moon Night Market, we wanted to create a spring community event that feels like stepping into a living fairytale,” said Nikki a co-organizer.

The event is free to attend and family-friendly. In case of severe weather, it will be rescheduled.

Starting at $3.50/week.
