HANCOCK — Congratulations are due to three 2025 Upper Peninsula Honor Band participants From Hancock Central High School — Alex Freeman (trumpet, sophomore) Ethan Perreault-Fill (clarinet, senior, first chair and Concert Master!) and Nate Thompson (alto saxophone, freshman).

According to band director Jana Meckler, “these students gave an incredible performance representing Hancock Central High School with the best high school musicians from Districts 13 and 14 this past Saturday at Northern Michigan University in Marquette. Thank you for your dedication and hard work. Congratulations on this great honor.”
