4 Geeks Launches Job-Specific AI Courses

Marketers, Salespeople, HR Teams and more

4 min read

MIAMI -- 4Geeks, the tech and AI education company behind more than 8,000 graduates since 2015, today launched a series of job-specific AI courses: AI for Marketing, AI for Sales, AI for HR, AI for Data Analysis and AI for Realtors. Each course replaces generic prompt-writing training with a hands-on program built around one job.

Participants use the apps their profession already relies on and build AI assistants that save time from the first week.

“Nobody wakes up wanting to ‘learn AI.’ A recruiter wants to fill a role faster. A realtor wants to answer every lead before a competitor does. A marketer wants their best campaign this year,” said Marcelo Ricigliano, Co-founder and CEO of 4Geeks. “So we stopped teaching AI in general and started teaching it one job at a time. You come in with your real work and leave with a system that does part of it for you.”

The gap generic AI training left behind

Americans have adopted AI tools faster than they have learned to get real value from them. The difference matters: according to PwC, workers with AI skills earn a 62% wage premium over peers in the same role, and LinkedIn projects that 70% of the skills used in most jobs will change by 2030.

Generic courses have not closed that gap, because a salesperson and an HR manager do not need the same AI.

Five courses, five professions

AI for Marketing: Research audiences, produce on-brand creative in minutes and connect AI to ad platforms and Google tools.

AI for Sales: Research prospects, personalize outreach at scale, keep the CRM up to date and draft proposals overnight.

AI for HR: Write inclusive job descriptions in minutes, generate 30-60-90 onboarding plans, launch a policy assistant that answers employees around the clock and turn engagement surveys into KPIs, within a responsible-use framework.

AI for Data Analysis: Clean and question data in plain language, build dashboards and present analysis as a clear business recommendation.

AI for Realtors: Write listings, follow up with every lead instantly and automate the busywork between showings, so agents spend their time closing.

Every course runs four to five weeks online and requires no coding. Enrollment includes a one-on-one session with a senior instructor, round-the-clock help from Rigobot (4Geeks’ AI tutor) and model credits for tools such as Claude. Each course ends with a capstone that automates a real task from the participant’s job. Graduates receive a 4Geeks certificate, and monthly financing is available.

“AI isn’t here to replace people. It’s here to amplify them,” said Alejandro Sánchez, Co-founder and Technology Director of 4Geeks. “What’s new is that we can now give each profession its own toolkit, and update it as fast as the tools change.”

Built for whole teams

Employers can also upskill entire departments: companies can enroll their marketing, sales, HR or analytics teams in their own track, or work with 4Geeks to build a custom course for another function.

4Geeks students rate the company’s programs 4.9 out of 5 on Course Report and SwitchUp, and the company was recently selected to deliver AI education in the Bahamas alongside Harvard, Oxford and Columbia.

All five courses are open for enrollment now at 4geeks.com. Marcelo Ricigliano is available for interviews on AI and the future of work and why generic AI training fails.
