The event included opportunities for kids to write letters to Santa, decorate cookies, eat hot dogs, make cards and participate in a coloring contest before the annual toy raffle. The event is organized by the South Range Fire Department, “with a lot of help from the wives,” said Fire Chief Mike Balma.
