• 11 a.m. Strawberry Festival Parade (Registration 9:30-10:20 a.m. No Entry Fee) Sponsored by DP Construction and LJJ Construction

• Following Parade, BBQ Chicken by Chassell Firefighters and First Responders Sponsored by Aire Care. Live Music by “Lightning Ridge” in the open pavilion, sponsored by Keweenaw Petroleum Services

• noon – 3 p.m. at the Chassell beach, The Michigan Tech Great Lakes Research Center (GLRC): Hands on demonstration on how the Great Lakes are studied by scientists. All ages welcome!
