NEGAUNEE — Michigan State Police (MSP) Negaunee Post is asking for the public’s help identifying a vehicle/driver who fled the scene of a crash in Marquette Township Wednesday afternoon.

According to a MSP press release, the crash happened on Feb. 4, around 3:45 p.m. at the intersection of Ontario Avenue and W. Fair Avenue. The driver who caused the crash did not stop and fled the crash scene. No injuries were reported by the other driver, but there was significant damage, including a Semco gas line marker. Marquette Township Fire responded to the scene to check for any gas leaks or damage to the line. No leaks were found.
