Two long standing traditions were celebrated under sunny skies Sunday in downtown Ontonagon. Participating in the 70th annual Ontonagon Labor Day parade was a tradition in and of itself — The Michigan Tech Pep Band. Just a day after participating in MTU's 48-27 football victory over Midwestern State, these Tech students put on the bib overalls again, to entertain the crowd on Ontonagon's biggest day of the year.
